(Vietnamese language announcement)
Dates: December 19 to 20, 2013
Place: Dong An Polytechnics College, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province (by Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam.

In Vietnam and in other countries of ASEAN, the Technology Mathematics and Informatics Tools are becoming more and more integrated in the society specially in Vietnam Applied Mathematics is rapidly gaining strength in academics and industrial circles. The main purpose of this conference consists in bringing together the researchers acting in various areas of Applied Mathematics, Informatics and Practitioners.
That is the first international conference organized by VSAM, therefore the organizers are calling world-wide Participantsfrom Vietnam and abroad, firstly from ICIAM Family to join this academic activity in order to increase the international co-operations of the VSAM and, more generally, of the Vietnamese mathematical community.
Main Topics of the Conference
The 1th. VIAMC will highlight the most recent advances in the discipline and demonstrate their applicability to science, economics, finance & risk management, informatics, engineering and industry. In addition to the traditional, strong focus on applied mathematics, the conference will emphasize industrial applications and computational science in new and emerging topic areas identified by panels of top scientists. Industrial mathematics will be featured prominently through an integrated program which will highlight the many outstanding contributions of applied Mathematics. The 1th. VIAMCwill also be an opportunity to demonstrate to young researchers and graduate students the vast potential of mathematics.
The 1th. ICAM will provide an integrated industry program that highlights the many outstanding contributions of applied and industrial mathematics to industry. These sessions are of interest to participants from both academia and industry. "Industry" is widely interpreted to refer to non-academic organizations from industry, government, health, and not-for-profit sectors.
The conference will include about 6-8 plenary invited lectures (50 minute) by outstanding mathematicians (proposed speakers are contacted and theirs final responds are expected by the end of August 2013), parallel thematic sections (streams) with peer reviewed contributed papers and a posters session mainly destined to students presentations.
A parallel session consists of six 20-minute presentations (short representation), with an additional five minutes for discussion after each presentation. The short representations will be careful reviewed by the Program Committee before acceptance.
The main streams are:
1. Applied Algebra, Logics and Cryptology.
2. Applied Analysis.
3. Applied Probability and Statistics.
4. Computer Sciences.
5. Mathematical Finance and Management.
6. Industrial Mathematics(There will be a focus on application of mathematics to problems. arising from industry, the economy and society).
7. Scientific Computation and Numerical Analysis.
8. And any other mathematical application- subject will be gladly welcomed..
We look forward to welcoming you to Vietnam, in December 2013.
